Info: On the ground floor you enter a very large kitchen (over30 mē ) with wood burning cooker the floor is tiled. To the left of the kitchen there are two rooms, one used as an office (12.5mē) with concrete floor, the other a dining room (15mē) this has a wooden parquet floor.
To the right of the kitchen on a slighter higher level is a sitting room (24mē) with a wooden floor. Also on the ground floor is a toilet with wash basin (tiled). Beneath the sitting room is a utility room which houses the central heating boiler and fuel tank, we keep our washing machine and chest freezer there also.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and a shower room and toilet which is tiled. The largest bedroom is (30mē) and could be made into two or have an en suite fitted, wooden floor. Bedroom 2 is 20mē and bedroom 3 is 14mē.
We are close to Lavaveix Le Mines, Chenerailles and Aubusson all with shops and schools. Here in France school children are picked up by a school bus. And bakers and butchers vans call.
At one end of the house are the remains of two cottages which could be rebuilt as Gites or garages. There is a large barn with lighting and power 70mē. We have had oil central heating installed and are never cold even in the depths of winter.
