We’ve done it again!

Following an excellent suggestion from one of our advertisers we have implemented a reduced price ’sticker’ on listings you want to promote as having had the price lowered.

Now, if you have advertised your properties for a while and the owner has decided to lower the price of a property you can make it known to the world very easily. There is a new section on the ‘Edit Listings’ page for each property called ‘Price Reduced Icon On Listing Page?’ (catchy title I know), with the options of On or Off. If you want the listing to display the Reduced Price ’sticker’, simply select On!

If you no longer want the sticker on your properties, simply turn it off!

We have introduced a new ‘Quick Link‘ menu item of ‘REDUCED PRICE’. This new menu item will now show all properties which have been reduced in price providing you have marked the property as price reduced as detailed below.

If you have reduced the price of your property make sure you tick the check box in the section entitled ‘Price Reduced Icon On Listing Page?’. This will ensure your property listing is added to the search for reduced price properties and will also add a reduced price ’sticker’ to your listing.
