Après de grandes rénovations, les Villas Héol ont ouvert leur porte en été 2005, dans un cadre préservé, à quelques mètres de la plage de Pors Carn, à 5mns à pied du site remarquable de la pointe de la Torche, et à quelques encablures du phare d’Eckmühl qui domine l’océan de ses 65 mètres. Planche à voile, surf, pêche à pied, pêche à la ligne, plongée sous marine, randonnées, découverte de la baie d’Audierne, de ses chapelles, des mégalithes, des calvaires seront vos activités tout en profitant d'un logement de qualité.

The owners of « La Bagnosienne » happened upon the comfortable but run down property and grounds whilst on holiday in Burgundy with friends. Lesley and John were both in secure employment in the UK with absolutely no plans to change their situation for the foreseeable future.

Fate, however, took a hand and within months of finding the gently deteriorating buildings, they had thrown in their jobs and pension prospects and taken up residence, with updating and upgrading work beginning shortly afterwards.

Work continues but after only one year into the project they are already in a position to offer their visitors well appointed and delightfully comfortable accommodation in a village well known in the area for its wealth of history and warmth of welcome.

You won’t regret spending time with this genuinely nice couple whose aim is simply to give their guests a flavour of life in a real French village and a taste of simple but mouth watering fare freshly prepared to order.
