With this one there is more barn than there is house. What you get is a very small house to renovate and a huge barn. Currently there is no water or electricity supply but the other houses in the hamlet are connected so connection for you should not prove too much of a problem.
There is only one room in the house which is crammed full to the gills with junk, you name it, its in there. But looking past all of this - which you can just about do, you can see an old fireplace and all the old oak beams. There is an attic above this room which is accessed outside via a ladder. Structurally the house appears to be in good condition and the roof is not too bad either. Anyway, enough of the house, the real interest here really is the barn. This is in excellent condition and would convert to a very good sized four bedroomed house. The whole property comes with a good sized garden of about 1500 square metres which is attached and another smaller piece of land that is unattached. The setting is very peaceful and very pretty in a hamlet of about three or four houses but the nearest town is about a five minute drive away, so you are not completely cut off from civilisation.
