This is a cute little attached house for renovation situated in a small well looked after hamlet. It has retained its rustic character with its old tiled floors and exposed beams.
On the ground floor there is a main room (30m²) with old tiled floor, beams, and fireplace - very typical of the area. This room opens onto the back garden. Next to it, the second room (18,5m²) is separated by a thin wall (not too difficult to bring down) to make a large room where it would be a good idea to put a staircase to go upstairs to the two bedrooms (for the moment, the only way to the bedrooms is a very steep external staircase (not very practical in winter). The two bedrooms upstairs (26 and 16m²) communicate and one of them has a sink in it. On the ground floor, separated by a small courtyard and at an angle to the house there is another room (12m²) where the toilet is (Septic tank) and a shower. Ideally, one could build a small veranda to cover that area so you do not have to go outside to have your shower. In the 370m² garden there is a magnificent horse chestnut tree with various wooden sheds around it. It is a very cute house that would need little work to make it cosy for somebody with a small budget, it is an ideal small holiday home in a pretty little hamlet. NOTAIRES FEES:
