Nice gascon style farmhouse to refresh but habitable. No vis-à-vis neighbours for this charming property with a good plot of land and a view on the mountains.

The house has typical 'gascon' lay-out. There is a nice wide hallway behind the front door. On both floors you find two rooms on either side of this hallway. All the rooms are roughly the same size: 18 m². Both bathrooms are at the back - left, kichen on the front-left. Two of the rooms to refresh.
Beautiful original tiled floors.
Outside:
Pretty garden with existing trees, almost square in shape. Working water well (water at only 3 meters), brick built little barn, garden shed, plus 'remise' for storage next to the house. |
