Competition / Market: The Gite is situated in a small village overlooking Luz St Sauveur, there is no accomodation of a similar nature offered in the village.
Support & training: Training will be given to the new owners including help learning to cook the exisiting menu (twelve regional dishes suffice), the dishes are not complicated and become routine after a while. Guests eat the same dish and at the same time so work load is much lower than it would be if guests choose from a selection or sat at different times. The cooking is traditional regional dishes such as Garbure and Axoa, these are very popular with the mainly French clientele since when the French travel around France they love to sample local food and produce. In addition the new owners will be introduced to local suppliers for supplies, the existing owners have carefully cultivated relationships with suppliers who deliver to the door thereby cutting down on shopping trips.
Reasons for selling: The owners are joining other family members to open a campsite in Italy.
