This is a very sweet little property in a hamlet not far from the pretty town of Rancon, in the Haute Vienne.
The house is around 20m2 at floor level with a "kitchen" with a fireplace and a further small room - both with a dirt floor. Above here is attic space which has been divided into two small rooms.
