The barn to renovate is situated in a small hamlet just a couple of miles from the busy village of Bussiere Poitevine had a CU in place out of date now it will have to be renewed.
The barn needs a new roof and already has nice openings and situated at the end of a lane, it is a very quiet spot! There is also a little cottage non attached (across the lane with just one room with a big fireplace and a cellar at the back. The first floor is all open for the moment but a new floor could be put to create another room upstairs.
The land is in two large parts: one close to the barn the other one further away there is 1hect 19ares and 52ca in total. It is a nice little project, I must admit I love the stones of the barn and it would make a wonderful house.
