Sitting right in the centre of a popular village, with bar and bakery/general store on your doorstep, the property is within ten minutes of two larger riverside villages with banks shops, and restaurants. The two pretty towns of Montmorillon and Le Blanc are both about twenty minutes away and Limoges airport is within an hour.
You enter the house into a spacious entrance hall with oak staircase and ancient tomettes on the floor. To the left of this is a large kitchen (20m2) with an open fireplace, behind the kitchen is a room which was used as a bedroom (15m2) with a toilet off it.
