This cottage is situated in the Gers countryside, a few minutes drive from a village with a bar/restaurant, a convenience store and a small school. A larger choice of shopping facilities is available at either Aignan or Vic-Fezensac which are about ten and fifteen kilometres away respectively. The house benefits from gas central heating supplied from a tank and there is a wood burning fire in the lounge.
The accommodation extends to about 90 square metres and has been tastefully renovated by the current owners. The lounge has a traditional tiled floor and the wood burning fire.
