This charming detached house sits in the heart of the bustling town of Lussac les Chateaux with all your basic shops (baker, supermarket, bank, bar, restaurant, DIY store etc.) within walking distance. Poitiers, with its airport (flights to Stansted) and train station (fast trains to Paris take just 90 minutes!) is only around 20 minutes from here.
You enter into small entrance hall and off to the right is the kitchen (14m2) which is rather basic with just a fitted sink.
