Set in a small hamlet in the Creuse just 15 mins from the medieval market town of La Souterraine, you will find this little semi detached wonder to renovate!
Downstairs in the main house, there is one room of 32m² with a fireplace and stone floor. An oak staircase leads to same size room again upstairs but with old parquet flooring. Obviously, you will need to change all windows and doors. There was an electric meter years ago but that will all need connecting up again as will water which as with the electricity is not far away.
Attached to the left side of the house is a barn of around 35m², with a little bit of roof work to do on the back. To the right of the property is a garage on two floors of around 32m² in total.
In front of the property, there is an old pigsty on two floors making it around 16m² in total. There is also a well. There is no sanitation as yet, but this shouldn’t be too much of a problem as the property sits on its own attached land of approx 500m² (some land in front and some behind the house).
Come and have a look and judge for yourself!
