This magnificent barn dates from 1830. Formerly a stable of horses, it was successively restored by its previous owners. It is located Besson small village in the department of Allier in the Auvergne region. It is in the Bourbonnais, 5 minutes from town (hairdresser, butcher, baker, restaurant, bar, grocery store, post office, school ...).

Elle se trouve dans la campagne Bourbonnaise, à 5 minutes du bourg (coiffeur, boucher, boulanger, restaurant, bar, épicerie, poste, école,…).
Cette maison a une superficie d’environ 130 m2 sur un terrain de 1100m2. L’intérieur allie le contemporain et l’ancien. Entrée spacieuse (12 m2) offrant de grands volumes, une salle à manger avec une cheminée (20 m2). Une chambre (15 M2), au dessus de cet espace le salon mezzanine de (25 m2).
