A Very Large Kitchen (5m x 10.80m), with all the original beams exposed and all the walls taken back to stone, it also has the original stone fireplace where you could have a woodburner like ourselves or an open fire. There is an entrance door from the front of the house and one on the side which leads to a lovely patio area for dining alfresco looking out over the mini lake, it's very beautiful and calming.

Main Entrance Hall (7.3m x 1.85m)

Downstairs toilet/utility (2.10m x2.30m), it has a toilet and washbasin and pluming for washing machine, newly done this year.

Living/office Room (4.50m x3.80m), you could use this room for anything, the walls have recently been taken back to stone, new double glazed window looking out onto the front garden.It has an open fire place.

Living Room 2 (3.75m x 7.30m), this room used to be the cowshed until we completely renovated it, again we have taken the stone walls back to their former glory and the same with the beams, we have also left in all the original cowfeeders and made a feature of them too, there is a large window onto the front of the house and a double door onto the back of the house, so plenty of sunlight.

Gym , we don't use it as a gym as we never have time, it's just used as storge space, but there is alot of gym equipment in there that I'm sure someone out there would appreciate.

1St Floor Lounge (11m x 4.50m) , this lounge is amazing, it has all the exposed beams, and a large window at either end with views of the countryside all around.

There is a large garden, just under an acre, it has a beautiful mini lake with hundreds of carp in, fruit trees including a fig tree, peach tree, about five plum trees, a pear tree, and bramble bushes all around, so you can have homemade jam all year, fantastic! There is also a full sized above ground pool which is a must during summer.
The gite next door genarates a small income, we currently rent it out for £500 per week during July and August, and £350 at other times, generally it's just July and August that get booked up quickly, but there are some last minute holiday makers for other times.
We have completely renovated it, so is still new, it has a big kitchen/diner, a lounge, and a bathroom downstairs, upstairs two big bedrooms, all very nice. It also has a small privately fenced garden with a lovely patio area to eat, everyone who comes loves it and always want to come back.

So overall a fabulous place to live, we are very sad to leave but as our children are not here as often it's just too big for us.
