WOW, from the moment you arrive you will be blown away by this impressive property, we start with a stone entrance way, once in, there is a large walled garden around which are the outbuildings and the house. Every thing is in good condition, in fact these are some of the nicest outbuildings I've seen. The amazing thing about this property is that it has been in the same family for 150 years, the visit was like a history lesson, I could have happy spent the day with the owners, they told us that the original stone stair case, was removed from the property and is buried in the grounds, Is it intact or not? we don't know. The house has parts which are very old, around 1650 and the most modern part was built around 1900, there are many features, some hidden, some not. It is in good condition and now needs a loving hand to restore it to its former glorie. In the past it was a totally self sufficient farm, Cognac distillery and much loved extended family home.
