Tarascon is 15 minutes away by car. Foix, the departmental capital is 30 minutes away by car. From Tarascon you can take a direct train to Toulouse (1h) or Paris (longer) or join the magnificent French motorway network. By car from the house, Toulouse airport is 65 minutes away, Carcassonne airport just slightly more, Andorra is 1h away, Spain the same. The Mediterranean (Narbonne) takes 2h, Bordeaux 3h30.
