PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
We are a Belgian / English couple and we bought the property in 2002 and moved to France in 2003. The property we bought was a run down farmhouse on a 1 hectare (2.5 acres) neglected plot of land. But we could see the potential for the house in its stunning location (gorgeous views over rolling countryside).

We worked very hard for 5 years and managed to turn the property into a lovely French country home surrounded by beautiful gardens. (herb garden, flower garden, gravel garden, vegetable plot, goat’s park with small pond , lawns and a large hay field)

Unfortunately, due to health reasons – we now have to sell the property.

The property is up for sale with a few French estate agents for 233.000 euros and 235.000 (including agency fees)
If you would buy direct from us, you will be saving between 13.000 and 15.000 euros on agency fees.

The property is located in the country side at the end of a country lane – we have 1 French neighbour, but there is no real “vis ΰ vis” - there is NO passing traffic.
