Set in a very pretty hamlet at the bottom of a cul-de-sac near Dompierre les Eglises, you are sure to have a really spot here. This sweet little three bedroom house has been lovingly renovated by a French couple. When they bought it, it was a ruin but now it is a cosy home with lots of land (4,700m2). They bought the extra land so they would be sure to keep the view over the gorgeous surrounding countryside for themselves and there are lots of beautiful mature oak trees in the middle of the field.
On the ground floor, the property has a kitchen (11m˛) which open onto a long hallway leading to a ground floor bedroom (9m˛), a small tiled bathroom (4m˛), a separate toilet and a “dressing room” where is the hot water heater. At the end of the hallway there is the living room (16m2) with a good working fireplace and nice views over the garden and countryside.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a loft space (all this area could be rearranged to create more rooms and maybe an extra bathroom).
The property is in good order, most of the walls have been lined for insulation, the roof looks good and it has been well looked after by the present owners. Just 45 minutes north of Limoges and the airport with flights to the UK, and just five minutes from Magnac Laval with its shops and services, this is a nice little house tucked away in a nice quiet little spot away from it all!
